I have always been athletic – when I was growing up I played almost every sport, but by high school I was focused on soccer and track. In college, I followed P90X and Insanity workouts, and supplemented those workouts with a lot of yoga, running, and soccer. I always loved a new physical challenge and some competition, so when I was introduced to CrossFit by my brother shortly after I graduated college, I slowly got hooked.
I am fascinated by the human body and its capabilities. I believe in the importance of integrating strength training with mobility training to create an even balance in our bodies. My interest in movement and my passion to help people is what inspired me to become a yoga teacher. My goal in every class is to help people feel better and learn something new about their bodies.
