Growing up and attending college in India, I was immersed in the world of sports, playing Cricket, Field Hockey, Badminton, and Volleyball. I stumbled upon the transformative world of CrossFit in 2014, and instantly I was captivated. What began as a simple search for routine, evolved into a profound passion. CrossFit not only offered a workout regimen, but allowed a lifestyle centered around community, methodology, and unwavering dedication, to take hold of my life. For someone who hated running, this new lifestyle and mindset allowed me to complete multiple half-marathons, and push myself forward to new limits.

I am deeply convinced that CrossFit stands as one of the most effective training methodologies for enhancing fitness and improving the overall well-being of a person. As a coach, my mission is to ensure that every individual who walks into my class, whether a complete novice or a seasoned athlete, experiences the absolute best of what CrossFit has to offer. I firmly believe that fitness should never come at the expense of one's health. So, I prioritize form, technique, and scalability in every session to ensure that every member can push themselves to their limits, without the risk of injury. Through my coaching, I aim to inspire others to embrace the challenges, push past their perceived limitations, and discover the incredible strength that resides within them. Whether it's achieving a personal best, overcoming a daunting workout, or simply showing up and giving it their all, I strive to empower every individual to realize their full potential as well as get to experience the life-changing benefits of CrossFit.
