About Coach

Growing up I was a competitive dancer and continued teaching and choreographing after college. I loved working with students, especially one-on-one to help them achieve their best scores every season. Adding CrossFit into my routine during college gave me another outlet for movement and health and the team aspect I was missing.

Turning Point

Before CrossFit working out in a regular gym I was unmotivated and lacked the knowledge to achieve my goals. On my first day at a CrossFit box, I set a goal to get my first pull-up by the holidays and eventually achieved it and kept making new goals. Being with a large group of people all there to achieve different personal goals is what excites me and makes me want to be a part of their story.

Motivation & Passion

I enjoy coaching and being a part of athletes best hour of their day. Having one on one interactions with members and seeing them achieve their personal goals no matter how small they are is very rewarding
