About Coach
I have been doing CrossFit since 2013 and the moment I picked up a barbell, that was it for me. I felt like I finally found my place and my people. CrossFit has truly changed my life, my relationship with food, my body, and my mental resilience in everyday life. It has provided a platform for immense growth and given me an outlet to deal with my anxiety and past trauma.
Motivation & Passion
It is truly magical the transformations that take place within the four walls of a CrossFit gym and I attribute that, more than anything, to the community. My hope is that I can give just a little piece of that to every athlete I coach.

About Coach
CrossFit helped to scratch a competitive itch that I did not know I was missing after stopping playing sports in high school. It became my new sport, a great hobby, and an environment in which I've met many of my closest friends.
Turning Point
After years of boring gym programs that I was looking up online, I was ready to find a more complete fitness routine that would be both efficient and fun. The efficiency of CrossFit was a huge draw for me, all I had to do was show up! The workouts were already determined (and constantly varied), coaches were there to warm you up and keep you safe, and I got to socialize with new friends all in an hour's time.
Motivation & Passion
The most exciting part of coaching is seeing the community and camaraderie amongst the members at our gym. People come together from all backgrounds and share that one hour of the day where they can joke, share stories, and work through a tough workout together.

About Coach
I found CrossFit right out of high school in 2011, and I didn’t know that it would lead me to my passion and the most fulfilling career. I was a runner for most of my life and began to use CrossFit workouts as cross-training to feel empowered as a skinny teenager. I tried out many sports along the way, but have been solely focused on CrossFit as my sport and career since 2018. I love to participate in local competitions but I mostly enjoy being a part of a gym community and coaching members at every stage of their journey. Before I began coaching CrossFit, I started coaching high school Cross Country and kids fitness programs in 2014. I have also been a 1-on-1 and small group Personal Trainer since 2016. I have worked with the 55+ population, clients seeking weight loss and strength gains, and with kids and teenagers, helping them improve in their sport or life by strength and conditioning. I love nothing more than working with people to unlock their confidence and help them enjoy the gym!
Turning Point
I was not a natural athlete by any means, I just loved to work hard. I’ve had many coaches in many sports and have experienced losing many times. One coach even said, “you still suck,” after I ended last in my race. Luckily, I had a coach who believed in me. When I was weak and gangly and came in the back of the pack in many races, I still had someone who would cheer me on, coach me, and help me move forward. Over many years, I became the best runner and leader I could be at the time and quickly began coaching high schoolers who needed someone in their corner.
Motivation & Passion
My goal as a coach is to support athletes in their mental and physical growth, help them accomplish what they didn’t think was possible, and to ensure they have the best hour of their day. Whether it’s general health and fitness or sports-specific, I meet my clients where they’re at and aim to learn about THEIR motivation and where I can help them unlock their potential. I like to keep my coaching simple, doable, and impactful!

About Coach
I first started Crossfit directly out of high school in 2014, joining my mother, two sisters, and brother, making it a family endeavor! With track & field and cross country as my only athletic background, I wasn’t confident that I would be able to build the strength to be able to do the things that crossfitters made look easy. After some time, I found myself tackling new weights, skills and even taking part in some competitions! After a move and break from Crossfit, it goes without saying I was more than excited to get back to it. I was lucky enough to find myself with the opportunity to coach others to find the same excitement towards new goals that I still experience today.

About Coach
Growing up I was a competitive dancer and continued teaching and choreographing after college. I loved working with students, especially one-on-one to help them achieve their best scores every season. Adding CrossFit into my routine during college gave me another outlet for movement and health and the team aspect I was missing.
Turning Point
Before CrossFit working out in a regular gym I was unmotivated and lacked the knowledge to achieve my goals. On my first day at a CrossFit box, I set a goal to get my first pull-up by the holidays and eventually achieved it and kept making new goals. Being with a large group of people all there to achieve different personal goals is what excites me and makes me want to be a part of their story.
Motivation & Passion
I enjoy coaching and being a part of athletes best hour of their day. Having one on one interactions with members and seeing them achieve their personal goals no matter how small they are is very rewarding.

About Coach
Growing up I was always an athlete. I played hockey and lacrosse as my two primary sports and once college rolled around, I needed something to give me that competitive edge again. Sophomore year of college I stopped into a CrossFit box and haven’t looked back since. I have found a true passion for this sport and along the way have been able to compete in numerous competitions and make lifelong friends. The two competitions I am most proud of are Wodapalooza 2017 and The VivStrong Weightlifting meet where I was able to take first place in my division, all to remember a dear friend of our CrossFit community, Vivian Dawson.
Motivation & Passion
CrossFit has given me the ability to play a competitive sport again, but it has also let me develop my coaching skills, which is another thing I have a true passion for. Growing up, my father was always my hockey coach, which made me want to become a coach; I did not know it would be in CrossFit. I love being able to help people accomplish their goals in and out of the gym and give them an overall better quality of life. By coaching, I am able to take what I have learned throughout my career in CrossFit and give back to this incredible community.

Black Belt in Taekwan-do

About Coach
I was a cheerleader in high school. In my 20’s I started Taekwon-do and received my black belt. I competed nationally, internationally and was a member of the US Taekwon-do team. All of that kind of fell by the wayside once I became a mother.
Turning Point
I had always loved competing and once the kids were grown and on their own I found myself missing it. I tried different types of gyms and workouts but nothing stuck. My son was into CrossFit and suggested I give it a try. I fell in love with it almost immediately. Crossfit gave the competitive part of me an outlet. I can try to beat my best time or lift 5 pounds more than last time. There is also the great CrossFit community that lets us compete against each other with support, guidance, and understanding.
Motivation & Passion
I love helping people reach their fitness goals and then watching them stretch beyond what they thought they were capable of. Nothing is as exciting as seeing someone get their first pull-up or hit a PR on a lift. I am into my 60’s so I hope to inspire the mature community with the idea that it is never too late to get fit.

About Coach
Growing up with 3 brothers made my life very competitive at a very young age. I played baseball, basketball, and football until I graduated high school. In college, I played football. After college, I was mostly working out in an “old school” Golds Gym. Workouts were mainly comprised of picking things up and putting them down. When I got married and started a family, my workout time became very scarce. So with the limited time I had, I took to running. I actually stuck to running for about 20 years. I ran many races in the 20 years. Some of my best times: 5K 18:04, 10K 41:42, half marathon 1:27:01, Manchester Road Race 28:58 CrossFit found me in 2012 at the age of 49 I found CrossFit to be right up my alley. Combined. I have been competing in the open since I began CrossFit. I have qualified for the Masters age group regionals 5 times. My best overall finish was back in 2020 in the 55-59 masters. I finished 63 overall in the world.
Turning Point
My first job working in a lumberyard while I was still going to college was my turning point. Self-confidence and failure was my enemy. I never wanted to take the lead because following was easy and less chance for failure. I realized very quickly if I didn’t step outside my comfort zone I would never grow as an individual. I had to force myself to be uncomfortable and take on new challenges for my Family and my career. I conquered the enemy by asking to take on leadership roles at work. When my kids came of age I volunteered to coach youth sports. I coached for over 10 years. The sports included basketball, baseball, and soccer. I never played soccer myself and I was way outside my comfort zone on this one. In my 40-year work career, I started as a Forklift operator and finished as a warehouse Sales Manager. Now in retirement, I continue to challenge myself by coaching CrossFit.
Motivation & Passion
My purpose for coaching is to keep challenging myself to be better each day and motivate others to believe in themselves and have fun along the CrossFit journey.

About Coach
Originally from western Mass, I began my CrossFit adventure back in 2013 after meeting a friend of a friend on vacation who was raving about it. At the time I was competitively riding and showing horses, having just graduated from university where I competed for the our Equestrian team. I grew up riding horses which were super fun but also very solo-oriented. I was drawn to the community aspect of CrossFit and all that it entailed and was hooked almost immediately. Fun fact - I met my husband and some of my closest friends through CrossFit, which is a testament to the like-minded community we are all a part of.
Motivation & Passion
I distinctly remember seeing the Beauty in Strength video that CrossFit put out in 2013 featuring Andrea Ager and Jackie Perez and the message of that video really resonated with me. I’m excited to help our athletes realize what they’re capable of whether they’re seasoned athletes or brand new to our community.

CrossFit Aerobic Capacity
About Coach
From a very young age, I was involved in competitive sports and my fitness later evolved into endurance events. What started with road races, turned into Ultra Marathons and Ironman distance triathlons. While training for these endurance events I started feeling some gaps in my training and turned to CrossFit for strength and mobility. It was here I became the well-rounded athlete I always desired to become. I began my CrossFit journey in 2016. A year later I signed up for a course in Aerobic Capacity, which changed the way I thought about my workouts and programming. After, I wanted to share what I had learned and decided to get my Level One.
Motivation & Passion
My favorite part of any workout is "the plan of attack". I thrive on helping members come up with a game plan, watching them crush a workout, and teaching them something along the way.

About Coach
As a kid, I played a variety of town league sports, always for fun and never really competitively. In middle school, I joined the cross country team, and by high school was running year-round doing cross country, track, and indoor track. Bored of running by college, I started going to the gym a few times a week to mess around with the weight machines. Over time I became increasingly interested in how I could improve different aspects of my fitness, and bounced around between different training styles. These included hypertrophy training, powerlifting, and a return to distance running, first completing a half and then a full marathon. Throughout this time, these training programs were largely all or nothing for me, and I always felt that I had to sacrifice one aspect of training in order to improve in another. In 2019 I stumbled upon the CrossFit Games and was blown away at how versatile and well-rounded the athletes were. This inspired me to give CrossFit a try, and I fell in love with it immediately.
Turning Point
Although discovering CrossFit was a pivotal moment in my fitness journey, the real turning point for me was shortly after college as I began to become more invested in my training. It was really the first time in my life that I set difficult goals for myself, stuck to them over the course of months, and slowly started to see the results. I started making lifestyle decisions outside of the gym that would support my goals as well, and found that the more effort I put in, the prouder I was when I achieved what I set out to do. I gained a lot of self-confidence during this time, not because of how my body changed physically, but because I was proving to myself that I had the ability to change and grow, and shape my life for the better.
Motivation & Passion
I know first hand the impact that good habits can have on people’s lives. My main motivation is helping all of our members both to feel confident in the gym no matter their experience level, and to enjoy the process of showing up every day.

About Coach
I was always competitive as a kid, eventually, that competitiveness led me to the weight room. I've been lifting consistently since I was 13 and have competed in powerlifting and weightlifting. In powerlifting, I've been able to compete at the National level as a junior in 2019. In 2020 I decided to become a personal trainer with a focus on powerlifting, weightlifting, & hypertrophy training.
Turning Point
My turning point was when I was 17 and found out what powerlifting was, it was my first love, and it was then that I decided to pursue it and see how high I could climb!
Motivation & Passion
I love helping people reach their fitness goals! I find great meaning in helping people get stronger, leaner, bigger, and move better. I'm a huge nerd when it comes to exercise science and I'll always be happy to answer questions about why we're doing a particular exercise, rep range, or weight! For me, coaching is relational not contractual. I strive to create a friendship with the people I coach. It's much more fun that way!
